The City of New York is committed to achieving excellence in the design and construction of its capital program. Consistent with this commitment, DDC will use Pre-qualification for selected various projects. Prospective bidders must first complete a pre-qualification process. Only those contractors successfully pre-qualified as a result of the RFQ process will be invited to bid on these projects. Listed below are the RFQ’s currently available. To obtain information about how to be pre-qualified for any one of them, click on the Project Title of the one you are interested in and download the current pre-qualification application for that project. Again, only pre-qualified contractors with be invited to bid on RFQ projects.
